Mart Solution carries out job evaluation using international methodologies, to structure or restructure job grading systems on the basis of best practice.

Mart Solution keeps a strong database of salary ranges in the State of Kuwait. At the client's request we can also target benchmark companies in particular fields for the survey. Matching job levels with the benchmark companies is the know-how that gives the client proper comparability.

Based on the job grading and the salary survey results, we develop a salary or pay structure for all jobs, or for specific jobs, within the entity.
